OT: I had a dream!

Its been a funny old week. I was born in 1979, 9 months after the 1978 world cup final. I have always joked that as my parents are not football fans they probably found the constant Football on TV dull and a decent excuse for a shag.
Anyway last month my wife and I decided to start trying for our first baby, then about two weeks ago I had a strange dream where I met my son to be, my wife as always thought I had a screw loose. Anyway my missus was due on two days ago and it hasnt happened we took a test today and it appears she is up the duff.
Early days I know, but right now Im about the happiest man alive. With any luck in 9 months ill be a dad and Liverpools fan base will have increased by +1.

My missus has banned me from telling anyone until we have been to the drs and had the 3 month scan. So you all have to promise not to tell her I told you. So happy I had to tell someone.

 

Congrats mate. Who knows, maybe it'll be twins or triplets and we can have more than 1 new Liverpool fan!

Must admit, I always hoped you were a woman (specifically the one in your pic) so this is slightly disappointing to hear.

Cheers guys, feel on top of the world right now. Spending half my time speaking to my missus belly and the other half the time giving massive praise to my ball sack. The little fellows have done the procreation equivalent of a one punch knockout.

Yeh, first one, have wanted to be a dad for a long time, but wanted to get everything in place first. Over the moon and just hope everything goes well for the next nine months.
