I have not had too much luck with PM's so I am doing this instead. This is mostly aimed at Kilburn - here's wishing you all the best in the next several hours while the storms approach you and stay safe.

Same here, Maple. This is my 4th summer in Houston, and I've been lucky enough to be hurricane free so far - I know that won't last, bit I'm dreading the time a storm rolls through.

In NY it was a bit of a damp suid really. Rain but it just paased us by. It was supposed to make land in Nova Scotia (Kilburn). Photo from my window thurs evening.

Are there any Rangers bars in New York? I'm heading that way for my birthday in October, and I'll need somewhere to catch the game.

 

Not really but of course all the games are on just have to persuade them to put it on. Give me a PM nearer the time and I'll update that if i can find one. ( remember the Rangers have not been on long enough to get their own bar).
