Anyone unsure of who he is. Hes a very talented German midfielder currently playing for Dortmund. Hes been injured for the season so far but news has come out that his career is at risk due to the back condition he suffers from.

I'll post a quote from the newbie section on Redcafe that explains more about the condition...

Hes that highly rated that its likely he would have offers from all of Europes biggest clubs, Barcelona could have him as Xavi's replacement, Madrid for Alonso, United for well, midfield but all this may never happen. It would be such a shame to lose such a talent so early in his career.

Being honest I would prefer United avoided him due to this problem. Weve been stung before on that front in recent years. However if he somehow manages to have a long career, some club is going to have a hell of a player, probably on the cheap as well.

Along with Schweinstieger and Vidal he was the best central midfielder in the world last season, be awful to see him end his career.

Don't need another cripple in midfield after hargreaves and Anderson we had enough injury prone CMs.
