Trying to get first passport for the missus so we can go abroad. Been told different things by post office and passport agency. She has been married before, got divorced and gone back to her maiden name. Does she need to send away marriage certificate, divorce certificate and proof of name change back from married name to maiden name? Thanks. Got everything else.
Do whatever the passport agency says. All else fails go to your nearest passport office (think Peterborough is closest to Stamford) but book an appointment first. The Post Office is crap at this stuff, as I know to my cost.
