What a surprise eh, Barcelona's transfer ban has been suspended pending the outcome of their appeal. Fair enough. It turns out though the appeal is unlikely to be heard until after July 1st. Essentially meaning no punishment for Barcelona as they could set up a number of deals and rush them all through before any ban comes into force. Why will it not be heard until after that time? I hope they are not going to suggest they are busy with the World Cup!

It was what most people expected to happen. It'll be the same with FFP. It is all hot air and the powerbase remains with the elite clubs who run football. FIFA/UEFA are a joke. Just like the PL in this country.

The clubs that cross palms with silver will always be given special treatment.

FIFA are just like Russia, bent as a fook and the annoying thing is... everyone can see what they're up to but no one can do a thing.
I'd love to see Sky + a host of other broadcasters sponsor an alternative World Cup and some of the big nations tell Fifa to stick their World Cup up their corrupt arses.

You have to admire the sheer bravado though. They know full well how people globally will view this, they know how other clubs will, yet they still just go ahead as they know there is no comeback. The arrogance is incredible but not surprising. The comical assertion the appeal will not be heard before July 1st when it is only the 23rd April who is nothing short of two fingers up.

The clever insertion of a question mark means FIFA can't 'do' DMW for making a 'libellous' statement that could get HER into trouble. :bandit::bandit::bandit:

We all know what SHE means, but adding the ? makes it a point of debate.

Either that, or it's because SHE'S never heard of FIFA and is asking who 'Corrupt FIFA' are - and having seen some of HER posts, that's quite possible. <ok>

She's very well thanks AB. Still chasing around after the kids, providing a free taxi service.
