Completed the Yorkshire 3 peaks yesterday, did it in 8hr50. Our team did it for local charity the daisy appeal, if you like you can donate here www.justgiving.com/radiology3peaks 8hr50 !
Impressive.. did you run all of it yourself or it was divided into sections because that's a long way!!
Good on ya mate, that's no mean feat. I'm doing a 22 mile hike round Calderdale for the NSPCC in July. I'll pop on and donate a few quid.
Thx guys, was aiming to do it in under 12 but me and two docs got a pace on and pushed each other, I was really suprised with the time, quick hike it was, no running lol, but only 5 min breaks and kept going. I've renamed the last peak inglebourgh inglebastard
I'm looking for sponsors for my Holderness seven pints challenge this summer. The object is to drink seven pints of Stella in seven pubs over seven hours without fighting anyone. I know this may seem odd, but do you know that it is possible to go downhill skiing in holland!
It's been down to 4.8% for at least a year now. I reckon it's something to do with the duty (increasing with OG).
You can still get it at 5.2% from your local offy, it's just the corporate ****ers at Tesco et al telling us what we can drink if they cosy up to the government and sell lower abv beer if they pay less tax, **** em, buy local
I did Ben Nevis last summer. I was surprised at how easy it was, as I'd built it up in my head to be Everest plus a bit more.
Bet it's a piece of piss, I'd romp the national three peaks after yesterday, climb a hill, get on a minibus, climb a hill get on a minibus, climb a hill, try doing it all in one go you girls
Sorry I'm bumping this so you don't forget to donate, I'm still in pain, surely that's worth a couple of quid
Well done Billy, great stuff.... Got a few friends who have had radiotherapy and one or two who are having it now. Will be great when they get the new scanner at castle hill. Did you do it with doctors / specialists from Castle Hill. You did great
