Lazy **** spud never does match threads of games outside the Prem. Hoping we get a big score line today to put the tie to bed in the first leg. Ostersunds have had an incredible story with multiple promotions and a domestic cup win. And eventually made it to the Europa. But it's time we end the fairytale. Team: Ospina, Bellerin, Chambers, Mustafi, Monreal, El Neny, Maitland Niles, Iwobi, Mkhi, Ozil, Welbeck Xhaka and Kolasinac on the bench plus a load of youth. Some second string players in there but quite a strong team. I'm glad to see we haven't gone for a complete backup team and are showing the opposition some respect. The season is all about the Europa and League Cups now so bring on the Swedes!!
Ostersunds have there first chance at 27mins I like the way they try and play football but it's going to get them destroyed here. As I say that they have another good moment of play and a decent shot
good first half result-wise. We still look incredibly suspect defensively. There were 2-3 chances that Oestersunds had that a better team would have put away.
2-0 up away from home at half time. Good enough but we are playing like it's a training game. Very casual. Mainland niles and el neny not exactly stamping there authority on the game. With the line up we have gone for they are expected to be doing quite a bit in the midfield and so far aren't doing enough. It's been a good game to watch. We've passed the ball well and Ostersunds have had some good moments towards the end of the half. I like how they try to play. If they weren't against us I'd be cheering them on! We need to keep focused and not give them a goal. Remember it's a knockout game and don't mess up at the back. Going forward just add a little urgency and I think we could get more goals and finish off the tie today.
I think Mkhi may score one before the game is done. He is getting plenty of chances. Unlucky not to score when the defender cleared it behind the keeper and caused the own goal.
Would like to see us come flying out the blocks in the 2nd half and get another one to put this game to bed.

Decent result. And should see us through to the next round. Still a bit annoyed at some sloppy play in possession from us. Giving the ball away and not fighting hard enough to get it back at times. The pen was a classic example, gave it away under no pressure and ended up conceding a pen. Against tougher opposition we will suffer with play like that. But anyway, 0-3 and job done tonight
3-0 away leg victory should mean we are through to the next round. I expect to see more of a second string in the next leg. Just have to be careful as they will just throw everything at us in the next game. Overall a good result, no new injuries and a little run out for a couple of young players.
