I noticed this on OTIB and as many of your fans were equally generous in his fundraising, I thought I would post young Oskars latest news on here.. your generosity is not forgotten by many of us!

    Cheers Banksy <ok>

Great that he is doing well. Hope it works. No child should have to go through what he has regarding seeking donations to get the funds to get the treatment he needs to be able to WALK!! Makes me sick that he and his family had to do this. NHS should have covered this. Yes its expensive but so is many other treatments they do which they do for free for people who dont even come from this country.

Glad he got the funds in the end but delays and stress of it all wouldnt have helped!

Thanks banksy. I saw Oskar last Tuesday and he was (as always!) in good spirits.

Operations like this should take priority over cosmetic only surgery (not in cases of breast cancer etc) to my mind, and like you say they waste millions every year on conferences and management rubbish.. 50k would be a drop in the ocean compared to some of this!

How much money did we waste on replacing those faulty breast implants most of which were done privately and some even done abroad. We can find the money to do these operations but not provide life changing operations or drugs
