On SAFC website. Bruce says he is close but not ready yet.

I would rather he played against Newcastle than risk getting further injuries by playing too early.

Would be surprised if he lined up in the Derby. These "close but not yet" injuries tend to stretch out over a frustratingly extended period

Why would we hope he is not playing. He is hardly a match changer.

When he played for manure against us at SJP Jonas had him all over, I hope you aren't planning on him playing RB!

He can certainly stop the game from changing though.

ffs, back to yor post scatty. No surprise I could not see him being ready and would rather he is back when ready, we have no need to rush him. I would say the best we can expect is to see him on the bench for the home game.

It's no good bringing him back until he is fully fit...I think we learned the hard way last season what happens if players are brought back to soon.

PS....Have these Mags that are constantly on this board applied for squatters rights?

Absolutely no point in rushing him back. I think we'll see Wes at RB, McBardo at LB with Tina and Titus as CD's.

If he is ready, give him 20 mins, just a bit of practise, for the week after to shut that lot of Ashley puppets up.............

Im just wondering, if this is a ploy to keep the international team manager sweet, i.e. say that he is injured so that he is not released for international duty, and then have a miracalous recovery. ....... just a thought. :)
