And we were discussing this board and all the arguing and name calling, yes Osca does read it although I have to explain some of the longer words, words like frustration and Newcastle. Oscas advice is to follow his lead and some simple rules. 1. Skunks can make nice pets but are hard to house train, tend to smell, are small and dirty with a major inferiority complex. Take them home with you if desperate but use a condom, never give your real name and run like **** next morning. 2. Bitches from same breed, Sunderland fans, follow condom, name and run rules but no need to take home, bus shelter will do. 3. The best way to avoid abuse when meeting male of same breed, Sunderland supporter, is to test the suitability of person involved by sniffing his arse and licking his balls, works for Osca. 4. If all else fails bark loudly, if he runs away feel big and hard, if he stays turn and run like ****. Now I have no idea if this advice will work for you but since I have been following it I have no arguments, sex of close friends, mind little Tom from down the street is a frequent caller.
Whilst i feel very sorry for little Tom, and he must be loving Osca... what is the cause of sudden tensions... I often read the old threads, and apart from the two banned, there was none of it... Even when getting thumped week after week, we differed, and that was it, where are we going wrong/
go down the pub mate, find a man at the bar, go up and smell his arse and lick his balls and all will become clear, if he smells and licks back its back to run like ****
We are going wrong because we are following the advice of a dog! A dog that is clearly deluded as it is incapable of using the afore mentioned condom. I shall retract the deluded comment on photographic evidence of said dog wearing said condom.
not sure it is mate, some newbies flexing muscles and getting used to the thrill of free speech, some tensions due to bad end to season and slow start to transfers, no football to get excited or upset about and some regulars having time off.
you forgot people being deliberatley provocative and itching to start a 'debate' must admit though I agree it seems to be several new mag names that start it, and the older sunderland hands who press the button to escalate it. The threads that tend to annoy me though are when a sunderland fan posts an opinion and he is jumped on for having a view that differs from the main stream view. I try to void those threads but the aftermath can linger for a while.
Just too many passionate people in one place, that are strong willed enough to stand up for what they believe in, but thats what makes this board a good place to be.
I may not be right in my opinion but I will die defending my right to have it. Even when I was a mod I was getting PM's from posters saying they were getting nervous about posting in any thread that didn't follow I love Sunderland at any cost! The thing is they are so adamant in their own beliefs anything else doesn't count.
It's your opinion and no one can call you wrong for having it. For what it's worth I agree with you, I'll go through fazes of being immensly optimistic and then crashing back down, but even though he chooses to step back from attending the games for a while, he'll always be one of us.
