Yep, kinda ****ed himself there, hasn't he? <laugh>
Presumably he means he moved on his stumps for the first bit, but he couldn't have kicked the door down with them, could he?

Tweets say he had his legs and a baseball bat...

If I had to guess; argument; she runs to bathroom; he tries to breakdown door and fails; he grabs gun; bang, bang, bang; dead girlfriend; cover tracks; make up story.

Are we now to believe, that an intruder might have:-

Deceived and 'SAUNTERED' passed the estates' highly intelligent security guards.,
De-activated and 'QUICK-STEPPED' passed state of the art infrared alarm systems or similar.
Located and 'SHIMMIED' to the only bedroom.,
'PIROUETTED' pass the sleeping couple, just in to take a leek in Pistorius's en-suite,

Or just maybe he (the intruder) did all this 'because the Lady loved Milk Tray' or something.

Someone's been watching too many Boxed Chocolate Ads.

Where's Johnnie Cochran to get him off O.J style?

If it don't fit, you gotta acquit.

    Not at all PNP.

My South African friends always advised me that if I shot a burgular escaping, make sure to drag him back into the house before calling the police. You are entitled 100% to shoot and kill an uninvited guest. Unfotunately, violence breeds violence otherwise it would be quite a good law.

Custom designed over sized beds to re-lie on. :cheesy:

I have a certain amount of sympathy for Oscar.

You see., Imagine poor Oscar waking up, on that fatal night. The only thing on his mind was to close the sliding door, but he hears a noise coming from the bathroom. Obviously, not wishing to wake his partner, he reaches for his 9mm and decides to shoot at the bathroom door.

Listen., this thing could happen to anybody who has bought and might sleep in an huge big, gigantic, over sized bed. B'cause the problem is: you don't always know if the person that sleeps with you, is in the bed with you...... or not.
So, be careful when buying big beds.

Lets also try to remember, to look towards all four corners, of our bed, before we aim 9mm shots at our bathrooms. :<whistle>

The investigators apparently missed one of the empty bullet cartridges in their initial search. It was in the sink, next to the toilet. How the hell did it get there, if Pistorius shot from outside of the room?
As he claimed to be without prosthesis at the time of the shooting, I can't see how he could've accidentally carried it into the room afterwards and dropped it into the fairly high bowl.

  13. Worth bearing in mind this is only a BAIL HEARING - not the trial...... so the level of evidence required by the prosecution to acheive their aim is not the same to seek a conviction. And frankly, you would seldom if ever get this level of initial disclosure in the UK.

However, it is interesting that latest bets are on the Defence winning out and bail being granted. It seems the 'witness' propped up who heard screams, shots and arguments happened to be in his own house 600m away!!! For some bizarre reason, this witnesses evidence hasn't exactly been bought into.....

The ballistics report has knocked Pistorius' story on the head as well, as the trajectory for the bullets does not match up to his story in the slightest. Neither does the eyewitness reports of lights being on at the house.

Of course, the BBC regurgitated his defence's statements verbatim. I can only guess that, having defended a *****phile for several decades, using their news coverage to defend a murderer isn't much of a stretch.

    "Wake up Reva!"

    BLAM BLAM BLAM

    "Not awake yet?"

    BLAM

He'll be trying that one when the question about why a volley of three shots was heard, with an isolated shot heard later. Not that he was finishing the job with a shot between the eyes or anything...

Let;s just say my tolerance for complete and utter bullshit is near to non-existent. That's part of the reason I have been advised not to work in the service industry ever again...
