Oscar was interviewed by The People magazine. Oscar Told The People: "While we are in London, I have been telling Neymar about the ambition of Chelsea. When the time comes for him to join a European club, I hope I can persuade him."

Nice job Oscar. I really hope this happens. I've been watching Brazil in the London Olympics 2012. Oscar and Neymar have a great understanding with each other that partnership will be great to watch. Neymar is an exciting player to watch who possesses speed, sublime first touches, skill and also he can score and assist.

I'm probably going to get slated here but I don't really see what the fuss is about with Neymar. Whenever I see him play he looks quite ordinary. £40m is being bandied about as a fee but I'm sure we could getter better value than that.

Disagree with you guys, I think Neymar's going to be in the top two or three players in the world in the future, if not the best.

Personally I think Neymar's the real deal, but he strikes me as one with a poor attitude and he really doesn't hesitate with going to ground at the slightest touch.

He reminds me of Ronaldo when he was his age. I think the earlier he moves to a difficult league the better as he'll realise he needs to bulk up a bit and cut out a few of the tricks.

It isn't his fault though. He's only a young lad, he has a **** load of talent, but he's still very raw.

If he was that over rated, Barca wouldn't have payed Santos 10m so they couldn't sell him to anyone but them for 2 years.

He's a fantastic little player, but he needs developing.

He's scored some amazing goals, but if people see someone as young as him doing sublime skills, they're gonna **** over him. He never came out and said "I'm amazing, I will be the next Messi".

He showed his quality from 17 years old.

He has potential. Over rated yes, but you can't blame the kid. He needs to go to a club that will help develop him, but Barca's deal with Santos wont do that.

If someone can give me Neymars telephone number, I will persuade him to join us...and I'm good at that sort of thing!

Whilst it does look like he's bound for Barca, it's questionable whether they'll have the money for him.

The good thing about signing Oscar is that now we have a handful of brazilians in our team David Luiz, Ramires, Lucas Piazon and Oscar. They will help Neymar to settle here. Oscar is close friends with Neymar he could talk Neymar into joining us like the way Joe Cole told Hazard about Chelsea.

I'd sell half our midfield to get Neymar. He's not just good, he's going to be the best.
