Every man and his dog knows that the pope gave money to King Billy for his efforts, mainly because the pope thought that the French were getting too big for their boots!(I assume I have remembered this correctly). Yep, pretty much, I was thinking it would be some **** that is usually posted here, but then the curiousity got the better of me.
