Please do not think the Allams are recieving special bad treatment from the council and their departments.Try and get planning permission to open business premises or convert virtually derelict buildings.It seriously is incredibly frustrating and crap dealing with the mis fit jobsworths.We are in a recession and they cause delays and stupid expense which delays real workers from being employed.
