    seems such a simple question. went online to get the "real" answer.

    most common: after season closes to Aug 31st.

    but, not everyone agrees. hope that helps.

    For what it's worth i think you can buy any player anytime you want.But he cannot play unless he is registered before the transfer windows close. I think ????

    I asked a simple question so how come the answers so
    difficult the 1st july hope not seems a long way off
    no transfer centre on sky sports yet
