Too rights, transfer window slams shut early this year on the 9th August I believe. World Cup finishes on the 15th July and we normally report back for pre-season training early July if i remember rightly so it doesn't give us a lot of time to play with :-(
What about the payments we have been receiving during the year and the merits payment. We could/should be acting now and acquiring some of the players we need rather than hope we binge in late July.
