I think Reid is a prospect but needs to bulk up a bit. I was expecting a bigger involvement from him this year as well. We are missing a pillar but I'd rather be top of the league.
To be fair to him, he's young and this was his first real chance at first-team football. He's played fairly well when he's played for us. I'd like to see him get a few loan spells under him, and hopefully then join us once we're in the Championship. Ideally, this is an approach we'll be using on many of our academy hopefuls that do have a future in our team.
