The bubble has really burst for our FA.

The FA have treated us with total contempt for too long

The FA can't put the ball in the back of the net,but they coud be a bit more approachable.

Answer the phone promptly, and answer e-mails on the day would be a start.

I doubt they expected any better. Here are the facts:

    - We were **** at the World Cup
    - The last remnants of the golden generation have retired, despite still being in the top clubs in the Premier League
    - We still don't know who the captain is to be
    - The manager has not inspired the fans
    - The fans lack confidence in the FA
    - The talent pool is at an all-time low
    - The talent pool for English managers and coaches is at an all-time low.

To sell 20k tickets with all these facts is impressive, but English football is probably at its lowest point, mainly because no one has the balls to address the complicated subjects of the England squad, such as:

    - Improving the talent pool that doesn't affect the strength of the league. My answer would be to use the English talent pool as an export tool, so English players get to play in a top league elsewhere in Europe.
    - Improving the number of coaches. This will take years, but again I'd look to push English coaches abroad. The likes of Paul Clement have done extremely well.
    - Reducing reliance on the Premier League. There are a lot of talented youngsters in the Championship. Why not use them?
    - Setting up a long-term plan of how England should play football at all levels of the national game, instead of copying what club teams have successfully done that season. This is the big one for me. England have no plan whatsoever.

Who are Norway playing? Rooney's inspirational, or irrational, leadership will make a difference on our build up to the next World Cup. Get real England you are a waste of space.

It's a chance to go to wembley. But only viable for Londoners due to it being midweek. Because of the ****ing premier league.

Exactly - the Premier League does not give a flying f*ck about the national team. I don't give a flying f*ck about the Premier League.

I wouldn't go and watch that shower of **** if I had a free ticket and free hospitality

The Beckham era finished me off as an England fan when fame and fortune came before a justified place in the team or on the bench and they even had the temerity to make the fraud Captain
