By the time you get close to a deal for Damiao, you'll find he's gone to Galatasaray for £3.5M- which won't be a bad price for a 32 year old.

 

Levy and Lewis are the root of the problem at Spurs.
I understand many love them "Levy I trust Brigade" but once again they have done nothing.
As they will not invest for Spurs to reach the top 4 , they should move on and sell up , fat chance.
Another false dawn and you wonder why we can't keep our best players .

But in all seriousness, good luck to him, just not top 4 material.

 

Good signing for QPR, and has been a great servant to spurs, despite his flaws.

 

Scored some very underrated goals too, did Jenas.
The opener in the 5-1 semi-final and our 3rd in the 4-4, both against the Goons, stick out for me.

 

I respect Jenas...just got on with his job when called upon always.

 

I agree Sid....however the thought of new owners scares me as they could be worse and they always come with a promise to take the purchased club further...but never deliver and indeed start to dismantle the club further.

 

keep levy, he just needs a minor adjustment. He still has the mid-table club attitude when he's taken us beyond that.

I can't decide whether 150 days is too long or too soon. We still need a forward, so it can't come around quick enough for that, but then the disappointment is definitely worth waiting a bit longer for
