Ok. It's been a while since I tried to buy tickets online. Now, every time I try to book tickets against Bristol City it doesn't give me an option to assign the tickets to the relevant members. Always used to give the option to assign, but it just won't let me.
They have obviously changed it a bit and it's driving me nuts.

    What am I doing wrong?

Hi Mate. There was a thing a while back about assigning your old account to the new website.
Suggest you email the box office. They usually reply promptly.

Thing is. I have registered for the new website and I'm sure I've bought tickets there. It recognises me when I sign in but it won't let me assign tickets!! Grrr!!

Does it matter Col, if it lets you buy them? I thought I had a problem for the Villa game as I bought a ticket for my son too, the last one probably at the discounted youth price, but then remembered that he doesn’t have a membership this season, and both tickets were issued in my name. No problem on the gate.

    It's sorted now.
The problem was it wouldn't let me buy the tickets because I couldn't assign EITHER to a member.
I eventually worked out that I had to update my profile and link a ticket profile to get access.

I've bought them now, but it was a bloody faff!

All sorted thanks mate. Had to link a ticket profile, which I've never had to do before.

    See you on the 23rd.

I got the two for one offer so I'm in the School End at the bottom but under cover. Be a different view I suppose. Last time I sat there, we beat Palace 6:0!

Of the handful of matches I have been to, the very first was Boxing Day 1980 and we beat West Ham 3 - nil.

Owing to construction in the loft, we were standing in the School End
