online ticket help

bought a ticket online for tws game for collection, does anyone know if i can collect in person from the ticket office before saturday, or is it only available to collect on the day of the match?
any help would be much appreciated, and thanks in advance.

 

I'd call the ticket office

 

You can pickup before match day they'l just ask for your details, address etc, just take the order number you recieved in the email too just to make sure

think opening times are 9am - 2pm today and tomorrow

 

But the most likely scenario is you will have to pick it up on the day of the game

don't want to sound to rude in reply, but if you can show me where it says clearly about online ticket collections it would be appreciated, as i have looked but can't find any definate answers.

Id paid for a ticket and delivery but rang the office on the offchance to see if it'd arrive before satday, they decided to tell me over the phone id have to pick the ticket up, if i hadnt rang id of been none the wiser and sat at home waiting for it to be deilvered.
