People love hiding behind persona's but are a lot more reserved when they have to put their name to it

I think a bank/debit card should be provided for an account. Charge £1 to it each month to ensure validity, money can always be refunded. Card provider can give identity /addrfess to offenders.

I suppose the answer against this is that if we're forced to pay for Instagram, FB and Twitter, we're just making the people we're blaming for facilitating these problems even richer (Zuckerberg, Musk etc), also police could request the data not for racism but perhaps dissent against the government (could be Farage in a couple of years time), I just think we're asking for trouble going that route to be honest.

The idea is that the money would be refunded , but get what you say . The world we have now is that any idea or system for good , seems can always be utilised or manipulated for bad .

It’s like that in Jamaica, mate. White privilege is a real thing out here. A black person from the UK is far more likely to be robbed by a criminal or harassed by the police, than I am (white british)
