Not sure he is what Wopford need but in the short term he could be useful.

I would laugh my bollocks off if this was true. A guy at work said he had heard Gabbidon was off there, so probably both crap rumours.

 

Makes sense as Mariappa has gone to Reading. Won't have to move house either, convinient.

 

Fair play to ye Wrighty. Sounds like an interesting profession. You ever got to shoot any Rangers stuff - games, training etc?

 

not yet only really just broke into league teams and prem stuff so im hoping to get rangers a few times. its very hard to get into loftus road as there is only 18 i think spaces for photographers as its so compact, and its mostly the national papers that get first pick.

Defender set to replace Mariappa at Vicarage Road

Sky Sports understands Watford are poised to sign former Queens Park Rangers defender Fitz Hall.

Hall is available on a free transfer after being released by QPR earlier this summer.

The former Crystal Palace and Wigan man found first-team chances hard to come by at Loftus Road last season and Mark Hughes decided to let him move on.

A number of clubs have expressed an interest in the 31-year-old, but the Hornets are set to win the race for the central defender's signature.

Watford are in the market for defensive reinforcements having sold Adrian Mariappa to Reading and Hall has been identified as a perfect replacement for the former captain.

Hall is understood to have undergone a medical at Vicarage Road and is expected to seal his switch to Watford in the next 24 hours.

Didn't Northolt post a story on here about Watford becoming a nursery club for Udinese - or something? perhaps One size is about to become the new 'Luther Blisset'?

 

My younger bro has a box / corporate seats at watford, for work ( and he's Chelskum)..I'l call him to night and find out.

His misus works as the directors PA and normally hears things like this 1st hand
