Problem is since Ross McCormack went for £11 million to Fulham players from the Championship are getting over-priced as well. Andre Gray at Brentford is highly-rated upfront and Harry Arter at Bournemouth is a goal-scoring dynamic midfielder, both would be worth a punt but I just don't think Harry is interested in players that haven't been round the block. If we do go down this year I hope TF orders a clear-out of the old 'deadwood' (including Harry) and appoints a Young Manager who has already shown promise and gives whoever it is a clear three years to rebuild the club from top to bottom...
Martin or Gestede would both be an improvement on Bobby and his hip bless him Deeney and Rhodes are overpriced, but Grey, Bamford or Wells would be worth a punt
