Before I head up the wooden hill. On present runs of form, Saints are obviously in a pretty damn good position. But did you know that from the previously 51 points that were available to Saints over the last few months, the team has only failed to pick up 4. To a supporter who has on/off followed Saints since the 1966/67 season, that's DREAMLAND..! Now I've got to go to bed to sleep and dream. Night all.
I hate to be pedantic, but if that is 1 defeat and 1 draw in the last 17, that makes it 5 points dropped! Still an amazing achievement though. Good night.
You be as pedantic as you want, mate. Where stats are concerned, accuracy is key. It's just annoying to find out that Saints are on a much worse run of form.
The best statistic of all really is the 8 games x 3 points equals 24.............or the 2 games x 3 points = 6 in the new league. It is going to be heart breaking when the run comes to an end...............
