never had linux, but mac's are for ****s. what sort of operating system doesn't let you use one of it's mean features (itunes) unless you pay money and update?
Linux is awesome. Secure, stable, can do everything Windows does except gaming and FFFFFFFFRRRRRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
You could always try to get it to work on Wine but it never worked right for me so I just keep a small XP partition for that.

A fellow Ubuntuer (did I just make up a word), good for you sir. It is amazing how 2 platforms that are so different in philosophy (Mac and Linux) can have something like Unix in common.

. Shame. There's no point in me changing then. All I use my computers for is using autocad or other drawing packages or porn. Not much point in having a whole OS dedicated to tits. There would probably be compatibility issues with switching between different packages too. Since everyone uses autocad etc. Some free stuff on ubuntu wouldn't really cut it.
