    Just read that.

I think I would prefer Huddlestone, partly because he'll be playing in front of someone he already knows. Can't do any harm that.

From what I heard 3 weeks back, Huddles was in the frame for Malky even before his approach for Caulker. The Capoue thing put the defensive midfielder deal on ice - Capoue was the preferred option.

With the Frenchman playing silly buggers, it looks as though Malky may revert back to plan A and go for Huddles. The Mbia link is a bit tenuous - he just wants out of QPR.

The only thing I was led to believe at the time was that Jol wanted Huddlestone at Fulham because of his previous relationship with the guy from his time at Spurs.

If Fulham matched our deal (purchase price for Spurs and wage deal for him), Huddles would probably take the Jol option because of location.

    We will see. <ok>

Thud, as he is known at WHL, is a very skillful footballer, can hit 40 yard passes with ease and has a great shot when he ventures forward. However, I still have reservations about his defensive abilities. He is not the quickest around the park and can look languid and off the pace at times. I see him in more of a Whitts role as a playmaker not a midfield destroyer.

The Spurs fans like him for his footballing skills but would not want to go over the top in the trenches with him.

    But what do I know?

Don't know much about M'Bia other than relegated in a bad side.

Made that lad's day in the vid clip. Wonder how much he got for the shirt on Ebay?
