To be fair, its probably the same quotes and story, but far better written and a less controversial slant than the Hull Trinity equivalent. Nice one Sutty! http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/spor...go-ahead-for-his-rebuilding-at-hull-1-4453257
Dont get me wrong, I'm no fan of the (very) local rag, but I really cant see anything more insightful in this than their version of the same press conference.
Whilst it says nothing new it is far better written than the Fail. Ive no doubts when all said and done that the Allams will back Nick Barmby with his targets. The good thing is that Nick already knows who he wants to bring in and keep from the current squad. The sooner all the business is sorted the sooner he can go on holidays and enjoy the Euros at the very least. Pre-Season starts on 2nd July apparantly so the entire squad will get 2 months off and come back raring to go. The near miss this season could well be the inspiration that drives them all on again next season. A strong start to next season would be nice for a change. Roll on June 18th when the Fixtures come out. Alot less travelling for us all looks on the cards. Two less trips to the south coast is an added bonus. UTT Barmby Army.
