On Topic...What's Going On With This Forum

    Now I've become a Hull City fan again. Well at least for one year anyway! Why is so much content on this board is now apparently 'off-topic'. There seems to be more about new swimming pools and links to Hull Daily Mail general non - news items, than much about Hull City. I've mentioned Hull City 3 times now so this is definitely on - topic!

    Is it simply a fact that yer average not-606 poster has now become a not - Hull City fan as I have been for a couple of years? If so, is it a coincidence that Hull City were relegated from the Premiership last season?

    And by the way, that's 5 mentions on-topic! !!!!

    I never supported Hull City anyway always been a Liverpool fan.

    Born in Hull but left in 1970 and have spent a lot of the time since then putting up with negative news and views about the place. Lived on North Hull Estate and Bransholme so I know it ain't perfect but travelling round the UK and elsewhere I have seen a lot worse. A lot of the Off Topic stuff of late has been very positive or fascinating re times gone by and I love to read it, although my wife probably wouldn't consider the fascinating little snippets which I read out to be my finest conversation.

    Can't believe anyone would criticise a group of threads which includes film of Davy Crockett on horseback on Ferensway.
