When fully fit our team would be along the line of: Westwood Celustka - Diakité/Brown - JOS - Colback Johnson - Ki - Cabral/Catts - Giaccherini Altidore - Fletch That team is actually pretty good imo. Main worry is the back-ups to cm and up front... But like I said in another thread we'll stay up and probably quite comfortably imo.
A new left back would free Colback to move back to his preferred midfield role, which I think would be good for us..
The main worry is the back ups all over the pitch mate we have as you say a decent first 11 but, after that we are struggling all it takes is a couple of injuries (which with us shouldn't be long) and a couple of suspensions (again shouldn't be long) and we are back to Larsson and Vaughan in CM and getting beat off teams we should be getting something from.
This, although I think its a sad state of affairs that this is the case as I dont think he is the answer to our CM problems!
Sorry mate my mistake we will win the league with Seb top scoring and Fletcher not being able to get into the team because of Ji's mercurial striking after his humiliating efforts at Palace had spurred him on to bag 33 goals just the 4 behind Larsson on 37. Better?
Yes this does look a decent team. However I am going to put a negative spin on it in that PDC has proved Larsson is his first choice CM so he will be included in there with A.N.other.
Positive thread lets hope for this: ..................Westwood.................. Celustka - Diakité - Brown - ??????? ...............Ki...........Cabral............. ..Johnson - Sigurdson - Giaccherini.. ....................Fletch...................... Bench: Altidore, Borini, Catts, Colback, JOS, Mavrias, Gardner, Manone IMO the above would be a very good side.
as much as i think jack is not the bees knees in cm he is certainly better then larsson and vaughn, i think you are right in saying this providing a lb comes in
Splurt. Bring in Gylfi and a LB we have the players to set up in any formation. We can go 2 up top at home against non top 6 teams. and pack the midfield away and against the big clubs.
