OMG a noob! (bear with me)

    hi let me introduce myself.

    My name is Steele1610, and im an avid newcastle united supporter.
    i know you get this alot, but i followed the 606 for the last 2 years and went on to get the opinions and views of all my fellow newcastle supporters as well as keeping tabs on other teams and other teams fans.

    let me explain my reasons for not joining you sooner.
    for one simple reason
    on the old 606, the word WUM was branded on anyone whos opinion wasnt liked among some boards, and the WUM tag would stick with that person for a long time and no body else would accept them. i know 90 percent of the time these people were actual wums. but ive seen people get it branded on them too easy. and i dont think people actually know the meaning of the word and just get trigger happy with it

    back on topic of introduction
    we are all aware of the impending demise of 606 and this site was bandied around for a while. i thought to myself "ill see 606 out till it eventually dies" and then id move on and find somewhere else.

    now it seems to me like its already dead. the drivel on there is not worth the data usage on my phone or on my bt home hub.

    so here i am. finally signing up. with the people i know so well, but dont know me.

    ...(christ that sounds like im a perv or something)

    anyway. i promise i wont just drop off the radar.

    im here for keeps... until you decide you dont want me

    assignments have to be handed in in the next 2 weeks. so while im procrastinating with these assignments, i guess this is my stop!

    im hoping that al comment is a joke. i dont want to be kicked off here as soon as i join lol
    i dont know how to respond to that al comment. i know who al is. creator of many accounts. annoyance of thousands.
    but i fear if i say "im not al" then i'll get hounded and told that i am indeed al. but just trying to defend my alias.
