According to this article in the Express, next year's Olympics could wreak havoc with the Old Firm's playing schedule at the start of next season. Hampden is scheduled to host 8 Olympic football matches between the 25th of July and the 12th of August 2012. However, the Olympic Charter states that no other major sporting events can take place in a city hosting an Olympic event for the period of the Games. This could mean a possible delay to the start of next season's SPL campaign, and the Old Firm would be forced to play any lucrative European matches outside of Glasgow.
"That's ok...it's only the SPL!" No it's not. it's the Champions League as well (possibly for both teams)
Pedro, are you trying to introduce humour to your post to defect from your bigotry. Nothing can change the fact that you are a total bigoted pr... The sooner you depart the better, departing this forum rather than this world will be sufficient.
The olympics can go **** themselves. Nothing is going to come between me and watching Rangers get bitch smacked by some low rent football team from a country younger than a good bottle if single malt.
I'm sure we had never done it before big tony took us to russia after losing the home game and we won so it's still all to play for.
I dont know what was more worrying. the space we gave them in the midfield or our lack of imagination. what about naisy with those 2 open goals though
