There is an article on bbc sport about british music being a major part of the opening and closing ceremonies at the olympics...so....2 questions

    1 who will play?
2if you were in charge who would you choose to play?

I'd try to get Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin to reform and merge into the worlds greatest supergroup for one night only.
    Imagine that !
Instead, I think I heard Blur are playing ?

Queen but that might be difficult like.

    As said Floyd, Zeppelin, Stones.

I've heard Blur too like. Decent Idea though sod all that jumping about with daft costumes on and just put another live aid on to open it!

Hopefully none of the bands that are all aged about 100...

But as i don't know any of the new younger bands....i can't say who.

Unfortunately you know its not going to be any of the old legends (yes i am of the younger age, in uni infact)

Can only see it being musical artists in the charts, which is a downer

    Probably will be depressing too

Need a theme like Wavin' Flag from the South African World Cup!

Dear me Blur are going to be there.
Anyone see their **** set at the Brits?
    Absolutely horrendous.
Especially if they are going to be live again, just goes to show what they managed with digital manipulation in the studio.
