Norburn has yet to sign a contract extension with us but has been offered a new deal be default as he gets an automatic contract extension offered due to the amount of appearances he made last season. So a contract was offered and holidays for both Ward and Norburn has delayed negotiations. hope so. thought he had a good season and can only get better as he gets more experienced. he needs a experience man next to him to help help me and guide him to make him even better.
I think he will as well, but even if he doesn't we can replace him with someone else. JJOT is the big one that we must have IMO as he would easily be the difference between the top 3, and being a very mediocre league two side
Norburn is a creative midfielder, which we need, but O'Toole's more important if we are to mount a promotion challenge.
