    Gotta love him

    I don't have twitter but I was looking on his twitter page and he loves Newcastle. Not just the club but the place, the fans - everything

    I heard he has some sort of cafe too - anyone heard of that?

    He was talking about us needing a goalscorer and not necesarilly a target man - got to agree with him, doesn't have to be a target man!

    I noticed that when talking about NUFC he says WE - so he is a supporter too :)

    I saw interview with him a while back where he says he doesn't really have much money. He said he earned only £5k a week while with us - not enough to retire on

    Surely we have a place at the club for Oli. Adopted Geordie :emoticon-0152-heart

    Haha. Poor Oli :)

    He also said in interview a while back that he still hadn't had his hip fixed. So he walks with a limp :(

    Brilliant goal

    Great play by Dyer to find the pass through the eye of a needle and then Oli cums in and belts it fantatsically in to top corner against the unbeatables :)

    "He retired from football due to a hip injury. In a 2011 interview, he criticised manager Graeme Souness' man management and blamed him for the death of his career. Bernard's injury will require an operation eventually, but he is prolonging it despite the pain. He may never be able to run or have full mobility again- living with a limp for the rest of his life is almost a certainty."

    Had no idea about this, have to say I feel really sorry for the guy, was a big fan of his in his first spell at Newcastle.

    Apparently he co-owns a milkshake bar on Dean Street (or maybe Grey St?) - don't quote me on that, not 100%.

    But yeah, the guy is a god. I messaged him on Facebook and he responded and had a little chat. Great fella.
