As temperatures start to drop like a stone towards being exceedingly brass monkeys, there is one ground in England where on a desperately cold night you just don't want to be at and that is Boundary Park in the foot hills of the Pennines. And that is where North End are on Tuesday night in the re arranged JPT match. Needless to say I won't be there, but a few hundred North Enders will be. Should be a decent match as Oldham are on a lengthy unbeaten run although they are tending to draw more than they win at the moment. As with the JPT it's a case of who wants it the most, Ibhere is suspended for the hosts after getting two yellows yesterday. Ex North Ender Forte is top scorer for Latics, amazing really because he was pants for us but obviously found a club that fits him.
Garner injured so every possibility we will have a Davies and Beckford forward line on Tuesday. A trip to Wembley would be nice but if we go out I personally will not lose any sleep about it.

Through after a marathon penalty shoot out, the only bright spot on a very difficult day if you are a North Ender, Clarke also hobbled off injured late on, but the giant German won the day.
