I think we only got extras when Brum stayed up over 3 seasons so we are £1/2m down after their relegation.
Not sure if I'd pay £14m for a defender unproven at European level. I can imagine Roger being a huge success at a Champions League club though

Why hasn't he been capped yet?Cardiiff should have sold Ledley & McCormack & hung on to Johnson back then . You could tell Johnson , even though moving to the Premier , was still a bit upset with leaving Cardiff . Seems a terrific guy & superb defender & wish we could have him
do you actually think johnson will go for that sort of money? i'd say a more realistic fee would be around half that. he's a good defender, but remember he was good for birminghams first season, then they got relegated. from what i've seen on MOTD, he didnt particularly stand out at all.

Hey Swamp, I think £7m would be about the mark. We will see what they get. i think they are aiming that eye because Arsenal and Liverpool have been looking at him.
