Was at our lasses fathers yesterday and he's been sorting his attic out when he came across this book called "boys book of football" about the 1950s. Was looking through it and came across a chapter called "boom towns of soccer talent", knowing it would be about the North east I went straight to it and was shocked to read what I did. I automatically thought that even back then authors knew nothing. I'll try to post pics see what I mean.
