That first shirt on the right appears to be the one we wore at Bolton's last ever match at Burnden Park. We lost 4-1 if memory serves me right? I was there! I have about 30 shirts in all.
I've got every shirt dating back to the Viglin one in 1998 apart from the "Standard" one in our centenary year because I didnt want to get two shirts in one season (think that puts me around 6/8) Have never brought an away one (dont think it would look right wearing anything other than Red)
Ye gods, I'm stunned - that is a hell of a lot of shirts guys. I've got five, three away and two home (both retired), two polos and and a sweat. Will add to that at the Exeter game, as I'm getting one from my folks for my birthday next day.
Unfortunately I used to collect all of the shirts, home, away, and third kit. I got so many which I never wear anyway and decided a couple of years back to stop getting them. At least three quarters of my shirts are ex players ones which a mate used to get for me, as he worked at T/G. They are all neatly packed away in my loft, and I never really get them out. Think I might start ebaying them ! How many have i got, not too sure but most from late 80's onwards until around 2006 ish.
At least I hope we never go down the Spurs route - Premier League (Home / Away / Goalkeeper Kits), Champions League (Home / Away / Goalkeeper Kits) bet their fans gave a silent sigh of relief when they didnt finish fourth. Maybe in a few years they'll bring out a new kit per match perhaps??
