A lot has changed, a lot of people have changed as well, personally prefer not606 much more than the old606, reasons you don't have to wait 30 seconds to post a thread and we outnumber the gas on here 10 to 1. What else is there not to like

It was a pretty carp site though wasn't it. I used to go on there a lot as living in Devon, its a great way of keeping in touch, just as I do with this site now.
I was known as Geoffersbcfc on that site.
It took me a little while to come across and when I did, I changed names. Others that are on here now might have been known by different names too?

I used to tease 1For that Redside was his love-child. They always agreed, especially about Junior.
One of a few issues I disagreed with them about.
Now me and 1For are mates and usually agree, Redside wouldn't like that.

Also remember the odd heated exchange between Banksy and Redside.
Redside was a tetchy old bu**er.

    'Who was Redside?'

A tetchy bu**er, even worse than me.

He tried to 'come across' from the old 606 site but I think it was a problem with his office computer that wouldn't allow access.

    Banksy will remember him well.

Believe it or not I genuinely don't.!

I recognise the name and honestly thought he had come across here under another name? There were so many 'under the radar' Sags with false accounts back then anyone who even remotely inferred a blue allegiance came under the spotlight. (my mate used to do it all the time on the official Rovers forum) it was mostly unfair paranoia.. <laugh>

Hang on a moment Redprintt, Was he the one that couldn't have a conversation with anyone without calling them moron, or something similar??

I wish Prem would pop back now and again and Turkey Twizzler, what happened to him?

There was another guy as well, his name escapes me. He was always right and would pull you up for the smallest of errors, mis-spellings, ambiguous posts etc. Got uptight if anyone dared challenge him. Quite amusing really.

Hanu was champion of the Lee Johnson 'haters' who made Redprintt seem like LJs best mate. He faded away when Lee left - I assume because his interest in BCFC died with LJs departure.
I remember in one post admitting to being one of the morons who was hurling abuse at GJ from behind the dugout about Nepotism when we were mid table championship, and trying to justify it!

And on the gas side I quite liked Arrow-in-his-eye who I think became Gashead-arrow.
