After a poor start and a mediocre transfer window the club needs to look at the last 3 games and find out what we are doing wrong, I know most of us on here can tell them straight away but we are irrelevant and we must leave this to the people like Curtis to point out our errors and Guildo must take his and others input onboard and ignore anything Jenkins says forthwith .......Also we must appoint a captain and vice captain who can give their input also....All is not lost yet but it soon will be if Guildo and Jenkins keep doing things their way and ignoring people at the club who knows how we as a club operate and get the best out of our players......How long we give Guildo is up to him, He either changes the way he likes to play or there will be loads of pressure from the fans to sack him.....

With the cold very damp winter weather on the way another chest infection will see him resign.

If there was any pressure to be applied it should be to the people running the Club and not the manager but I suppose that wouldn't fit your agenda .

Boundy for me it is both, I don't see how Guidolin can possibly get this side playing, the three games were exactly the same as the early dross he served up, so much for that attacking football he talked about, but I also believe the board have let him down. but not convinced no matter how good a squad we have that he could do much with it, but it would have been nice for him to have the opportunity.

How many of the players in Guidolins squad are his , you can't polish a turd I'm afraid and we have too many who are imo, a disrupted summer and having no decent pre season and worse no say in who comes in and equally as bad who goes out , the Board are cost cutting to the bone and he has to manage a squad who he has had little or now influence of how he got them , it was dross at times but no worse the the dross we witnessed under his predecessor who along with Jenkins has led us to where we are now , a much depleted squad .I wonder what persuaded Siggy to resign a new deal ,the promise of new players or is that why Williams left because he was told the truth .Now we have the bullshit from the Chairman stated thats he and the manager are happy with the squad , so happy he forgot to mention the rushed deals he was trying to make right up to 11 o'clock last night .I'm not arguing with you over the manager but he's been left a pile of poo because oaf a guy who believes he can spot a diamond in the rough , Ngog anyone

Guildo is a yes man and until he stops being that then we will still be served up dross. I can see it now that we will have the odd game where we will all be praising him to the hilt and thinking all our troubles are over but these one off games wont be enough to keep us out of the relegation zone. Can we afford to keep him ? The honest answer is no as he dont even look good enough for a start and i would like to put him and us out of our misery and sack him now and put curtis back in charge until we can find the right manager.....It is cruel to keep him and its detrimental to our survival....

While we have been far from polished and professional in the boardroom, I would like to point out that we are just 3 bloody games in, and to be honest this negativity is getting a tad tedious now, why can't you all bottle it, or stick a cork in it until we are 10 games down the line for bloody Pete's sake!...............<ok>

You have to admit that 3 games is a little short term to get all suicidal. It's recognised we have a tough few games coming up but then we have a decent run of games. So, in my opinion, we have to give it till Christmas to form a decent view of our likely season's performance. I have every confidence we will be on track for decent season by then.

Give him till xmas and we will be down just like many pundits are predicting......We have seen enough of the way this club is going and we must act now while we are in the early stages of the season.......We cant afford to give him until xmas it will be like a slow death and everything we have achieved will go out the window and forgotten.....nobody remembers a loser....

Yes you are right and 2 of the sides played we expect to finish below us in the league. so 3 points from those games isn't good enough IMO. the only way we will get anywhere this year is if we manage to find a Centre back partnership from those we have, because we look like we could concede 4 or 5 every game. I think we will start to nick goals but can we keep teams out is the issue for me and from the defensive frailties of last year we have got worse. I also think Leon is going to be important to us as I believe he is the only leader and we look so much better with him on the pitch. So I love your optimism but we look like Villa did last season and that is a worry, I still believe we will be in the bottom 3 come Xmas and just hope we are not so far adrift that we cant try and make changes in January.

I was talking to my son yesterday and we both compared the Swans to last season's Villa. Lots of similarities and look what happened to them.

I actually think we have good players, but we are just all over the place, there looks like there is no game plan and if there is the players don't know what it is. Bear in mind take out our striker and all the rest have been together for a long time, they have trained with each other for years and have played together many times, they look like they have never met and the side has just been thrown together for a kick about in the park as Villa did last year.

This is exactly as i see things trunds.....We have some really good players but we dont have a manager good enough. One thing i dont agree with though is Leon as captain as i dont think he will get much game time whoever is the manager and a captain needs to be someone who will play in the majority of games imo.....who i dont know.....
