We have gained 19 points in the worst 1st half of the season in over 10 years, so I cannot see us getting less than 20 for the second half of the season so I am going with 46 points this season and finishing around 12th......... PS; We have nearly 5 months to get my 27 points, and Go-miss and Shelvey will no longer be a drag on our passing game, and that in itself is worth the 27 points..........

Yep - it was with a very heavy heart that I came to 34 points. There are more games that are winnable - in previous seasons I would have been confident/optimistic, but ...... If we can beat Sunderland, then the final spot would seem to be between us and Bournemouth.....
A lot of teams would be glad to see us out the Prem so they don't have to travel all the way here.The knives are sharpened and ready to go in and be twisted. Edit........Trying to do it on the cheap,won't commit to a manager in case we go down and no manager worth his salt is going to take a 6 month contract.
This is all academic until the window closes A decent striker would make a significant difference to the results. We may even have a different manager
43 points , put money on it folks . W- 10 ...D- 13 ...L- 15 If we get a new manager. at this point , it could be less....
5/12 .......it's the most comfortable angle for shingling ...lol. We will average a win , a loss and a draw every 3 games from here ..imo
Impossible to say until the end of January and who or if we change the manager and bring a few people in. Probably come back to this when we know a little more. If Curtis remains and we stay with what we have in the squad, about 36 I reckon.
I hate predicting at the best of times because anyone can beat anyone this season and I'm crap at it. Throw in our own lack of form with the glimmer of a promise of improvement and I really don't know.
