Ok boys and girls, there are 12 league games left and x cup games. Barring injury how many do you reckon he will get. Now I think ( or hope) that he will come on strong at the end of the season, (otherwise we should just let Jub shoot him now and save the wages). I'll go for 13 that's total for cup and league. Over to you!
Jowler, it was Mama I said that about not Kenwyne! I like KJ, I think I'm the only one on here that does
I forecast 15-20 at the start of the season ... he'll be lucky to get to double figures the way he's going (to be fair some of the fault is down to a lack of quality ball going into the box at the moment) ... to say he needs a bloody good shake is an understatement!!!
4 That's right. He'll have one taken away from him for laziness. I may be overly critical of Jones, but I really don't like the guy at the moment
Me neither, it is so annoying seeing him walking about on the pitch when everyone else (bar Fuller) is working their socks off for the team.
Welcome to the board Waddo. I hope you're right but Pulis adores Jones and I just cannot see him being dropped.
I think if he was dropped just for one game it might give him the wake up call he needs. Thanks for the welcome too
Like all forwards its a confidence thing and once he gets one a few may start to come his way.He started well with great delivery from Pennant and Matty. But Even if the goals are not coming he needs to show more effort and determination and like Waddo'legends (love the name by the way) says dropping him may be the answer.
Conroy Exactly, it's the SUPPLY to K.J. that's missing also confidence but, stating the obvious here that comes with scoring. He started really well and anyone else noticed this. Apart from I think two or three games. Tony P hasn't played BOTH Etherington and Pennant? IF he DOES and we are more adventurous ( I know it's asking a lot with T.P.) But, I honestly thought like 72 he would score at least 15 or there abouts. I go for 11/12 and HOPE he scores at least another 3 on top of that. If he does, that won't be a bad return. As for dropping K.J. I would have left him out before now. Just for one game maybe to give him a kick in the preverbials but as we all know, Tony is a stubborn so and so!
