I dont even know how points are given or taken. When I first saw you on this site I read your user name and assumed you were a Southampton fan. Not that it did any thing to your points.
You mean you should get negative points for being a Saints fan? Nah, there's a reason for my username but I'm not telling you lot what it is. As for neg rep, haven't had any since Ben Arfa kindly bestowed some on me for disagreeing with him some months ago.

When a thread gets deleted then the posts you contributed get wiped and thus you lose your points gained. I must say it confuses the hell out of me too at times. Lots of different codes which result in you gaining and losing points. Having a sticky thread means you gain 50, but when it come off you lose 50. It's not worth worrying about to be honest.
