City's Number Yeah you wouldn't want me in your team Edit.....Fair crack shiny,at least you've had a go....Q9 should have said Bristol City transfer....All of these questions, answers is in the O/S
Alan Walsh; 77 league, 3 FA Cup, 8 League Cup, 9 Miscellaneous Cup games; Total 97 All time top 5 is Atyeo 351, Ritchie 132, Arnold Rodgers 111, Jimmy Rogers 108 and Walsh 97. Honourable mentions should also go to Father and son Don & Brian Clark who got 77 and 89 respectively and Bobby Williams with 82.
I'll have a go.. 2- 33 managers 3- 42,594 v Blackpoo FA Cup 1957 4- Welsh Cup 1930 5- Coventry 9-0 8- Nicky Maynard from Crewe £2.5m 10- Bristol city phone number
Since the first manager Sam Hollis, there have been, including caretakers between permanent managers, a total of 45 changes of management.
Question 3 I think this question is worded very cleverly. The largest attendance at Ashton Gate for a City match is 43,335 versus Preston 16th Feb 1935 FA Cup. But the largest attendance to ever watch City was at Wembley 16th April 2000 versus Stoke City Auto Windscreens Final ; 77,057. This is therefore my answer.
Question 4; Welsh Cup 1933-34 season beat Tranmere in replay at Chester 3-0 PS am I the only one answering? What the matter with the rest of you?
Thanks Wize, I was beginning to wander lonely as a cloud in the rain that's pouring down here. Must not complain though because from October 2011 until October 2012 it did not rain at all.
OK here wer go (1) 99 Alan Walsh (2) 35 Managers so 34 changes (3)If Ashton Gate 43,335 PNE FA cup 1935 if all time Man Utd FA cup final Crystal Palace 71,401 1909 (4)Welsh Cup 1934 (5)Coventry 0-9 1934 (6)Don Clark 36 46-47 (7)£235,000 (8)2.25Mil N Maynard Crewe Alex )9) Lee trundle (0) God knows Ticket line?
Or the odd cup match which I can't remember was it the freight rover or something 75,000 but not sure if that qualifies as it wasn't a proper league or cup match
Have to admit question 3 has me a little confused the ore I read the question the more confused I get WAS it the Freight Rover or Auto Windscreen that was 75,000 and a few more one was 77,000 plus a few and some guide dogs as well but Can we count these Micky Mouse competitions? My Head hurts
Originally it was the highest attendance at AG but the wording is not that specific,so 2 answers Wembley or Ashton Gate......
