OK, BBC iPlayer where did you put Match of the Day?

    Match of the Day was on telly at half-past late on Wednesday evening. What with having work the next day, I wasn't able to enjoy it then, so I thought I'd watch it on my day off... only to find it isn't on iPlayer. What gives?

    I never understood the Premier League licencing agreement with the BBC. It appears they can't show MOTD on the iPlayer but can show MOTD2.

    Taken from the BBC Sport website re Match of the Day:

    The programmes are only available when MOTD is being shown on TV (not on-demand) as the BBC does not have the rights to show Premier League action online outside of live broadcasts.
