Liverpool submitted their squad list today for the Champions League group stages and Jurgen Klopp has included Sheyi Ojo in the squad. Don't quite get this. The 20-year-old is on the B list for the squad, which is reserved for those players under 21 and who have been connected with the club for longer than two years. Get that. But since he's on a season long loan to us how can he also play for them?
Possibly they had a free spot and factored in the possibility (however small) that we might terminate the loan in January? I can't see any other reason, other than human error!
