Been obvious since last Christmas, he's useless but too many seem to enjoy having their heads stuck in the sand and don't want to see it. Will probably fluke a one nil win next day out and hell be the messiah once again

There's no great mystery. It's an above average, but not play-offs, squad with an average manager who has some ideas but little ability to tell what's going wrong. The owner is milking the club like a cow and aforementioned manager has virtually no money to spend. He isn't good enough to overcome the drawbacks, but certainly not bad enough to demoralise the troops and leave them in a relegation battle. We'll beat plenty of average teams, lose to the good teams and finish between 6th (at best) to 12th (at very worst). Probably 7th or 8th.

I reckon he'd do better with fresh eyes on the tactical side of things. A new assistant manager should be considered, before sacking Grayson. He has good ideas, has a positive attacking mentality, but it's gotten stale and new eyes could be the answer to solving what's wrong. A new manager would mean an entire change of approach which could go either way, a new perspective on the same situation would do us a lot better, and someone who's not **** at scouting would be fantastic.

Stuart McCall's got Motherwell to third in the SPL and is a Leeds fan who's got extensive experience in the lower leagues. He will no doubt be heavily linked if Grayson gets the boot.

I'm still supporting Grayson until at least the end of the season, no point fickly sacking him now just because we've seen a few performances go stale. Every team in this division does the same, otherwise it'd be the boringly predictable Premiership. His tactics have really not impressed me in the last few games and he needs to sort it out, otherwise he's hardly going to get in Bates' good books.

There's no leadership to get them fired up. When they are fired up they play some of the most creative football the league sees and completely dominate games, a la Forest. But Grayson, Howson and Kisnorbo fail to do that time and again.

Grayson should have gone months ago, it beggers belief that he is still an employee of Leeds United.

Come on lads...why so glum? Remember, you said promotion's a certainty!

Do you know Barnsley are my second team?

    When you're living in Barnsley,
    It's just like watching Brazil,
    Then we shout Red Army,
And we beat them 4..er 1!

As bad as things are at Leeds just now, at least we are not as bad as Leicester.

No you don't. Your a play thing for a few Asians, who will get bored after a few years and your manager is at best average.
