TBH I fully expected us to get beat, but I am pleased with our performances considering the tactics they were made to deal with..

Lets get the first thing out the way...4-5-1 with Sessegnon upfront does not work, if you watched the match he played brilliant, but he kept going wide and nobody was really in the middle.

My MOTM would be Cattermole. Maybey sticking my neck out but he played well, got stuck in, passed well, in if it wasn't for a great save would of scored. Also he did not get BOOKED..!!

The negatives would be the formation, and the fact at 4-4-2 Ji and Wickham upfront I personally think we played better... I feel sorry for them two sitting on the bench thinking wtf??

Also, this may seem harsh but as a keeper my self I always look at hows ours performed, and for me Mignolet was at fault for both goals..
The first goal he should of at least dove, he just . stood there. Poor keeping...
With regards to the free kick, yes it was good but WTF is up with Mignolet's dive... he was so stiff and should of saves it. It wasn't in the top corner. As a keeper you have to be agile and flexible, for me Mignolet is not that and should be dropped.
    Harsh I know but true.

Agree with all of that, Ji or Wickham in Bendy's place and who knows. That said if either Catts or Colback had taken their chances we could have won, its a funny old game.

This is crap. Bruce's team isn't premier class. What you going to say after Bolton turn us over next week?

It wasnt a brilliant save from cattermole, he headed within arms length of the keeper... a premier class midfielder would have glanced his header toward the right hand post, out of reach. The problem with the likes of cattermole is that he doesnt have the composure to think for a split second before he acts and that is also why he is booked and sent off so often. He has talent but overall I see cattermole as a liability.

We have a major problem when we dont have a striker on the pitch, we have a bunch of midfielders of which only Larsson and Richardson are likely to score.

The first positive move forward will be to get rid of bruce.
