I spoke too soon, chaps, when I said there was no news.

The York Press have reported that Gary Brabin is to appear in court next month to answer 2 charges of assault and one of using threatening words and behaviour at that infamous encounter at Bootham Crescent. Just the sort of distraction we DON'T need when all at KR need to be focussed on our declared aim this season.

And I don't suppose the hotheads on both sides will miss an opportunity to stoke the flames either.

    Who'd be a Hatter fan?

From the footage I seen, he was manhandled by those over zealous stewards, Maybe I didn't see it all but assault it was not...

Shouldn't we let the courts decide that rather than pre judge and find GB innocent purely on the basis of him being LTFC manager ?

I hope Brabin gets away with it.

"getting away with it" suggests you suspect he was guilty. No doubt, as I said, the court will decide. If he is innocent - great. If not, he will have to accept the punishment the court feels warrants the offence.
